    Ice-Watch Malaysia always emphasize on quality control where product(s) will be checked before packing and delivering to the buyer. Should there be any discrepancy of product(s) delivered, please notify us.

    Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reason(s):

    a. If product(s) delivered in damage or defective condition; or

    b. if product(s) delivered is/are different from the order made.

    *Change of mind is not acceptable. Please confirmed your purchase before proceeding with the payment.

  • To Request Return

    1. You are required to notify us within 7 working days from the date you received the parcel or we reserved the right to not to attend to your request. Contact can be found in 'Contact Us' tab.
    2. Please take pictures of the defective, damage or wrong product when you unpacked the parcel.
    3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.

    The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action after submitted for a return request. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us either by e-mail at customer.service@timezone.com.my

  • To Return the item

    1. You will receive an acceptance confirmation from us upon your return request. We will arrange logistic partner to collect the product(s) from you. *Return shipping charges may apply subject to the reason for return*
    2. You need to pack the item and print a waybill note for our logistic partner prior the collection.
    3. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 working days.
    4. Should the return product(s) we receive not in its original condition or were damaged during shipping handling (where beyond our control, not due to logistic partner or our fault or negligence), you may be charged for the repair of the product(s) and we reserve the right to deduct the cost from your refund.
  • Item Exchange

    You will be offered with a new product replacement to the original purchase item, subject to stock availability.

    The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.

    If you do not receive your refund within the agreed refund period, you may write to our customer service at customer.service@timezone.com.my.
